Once I received your order in our inbox, I will start preparing it for you. If all your items are in stock, it normally takes between 1 and 2 business days to pack your order. Between office hours 8am – 16:00pm.
Once processing is finished, you will receive an email saying your order has been dispatched via Courier Guy or that your order has been placed in the Pudo locker with your tracking details. You will receive email updates as your order progresses to you from Courier Guy.
Please note: Courier Companies do not usually work over weekends. Therefore, delivery will happen during the week.
I use The Courier Guy to deliver your order to you. Either via door to door delivery, or by using Pudo where you will have to collect your package at the Pudo station of your choice.
Main Cities Shipping:
If you stay in a metropole, such as Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Kimberly, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit. Please note, this is not towns close to the Metropole, such as Margate (close to Durban) or Paarl (close to Cape Town).
This option takes between 1 and 3 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched.
Smaller Cities and Towns Shipping:
If your area does not fall under the previous two categories (Pta / JHB or Metropole). This option takes between 2 and 5 working days shipping after your order has been dispatched, depending how often the couriers visit your area.
I do NOT do overnight Shipping.
Please Note leading up to the festive season, deliveries may be prolonged due to fluctuation on distributors.
If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be receive an email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. I do rely on my suppliers for stock so this is sometimes out of my control.
Payfast is one of the most used payment gates in todays online world and is also trusted by thousands of merchandiser’s.
We do not offer cash refunds. However we will replace your package if it is faulty or maybe damaged in transport by our courier company. You will be liable for refund postage costs for returns unless I have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product. In this case, please email nurtureandnurseseeley@gmail.com prior to sending goods back.
Once the courier has picked up your order:
Please track the order using the details we have sent to you. If you need to change an address or need to make arrangements with the courier, please contact the courier directly (their company name and details will be on the email I sent you).
* No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged
* Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card
* If you have not adhered to the manufacturer’s conditions and instructions, Nurture and Nurse will not honour the warranty
